To promote the negotiation of economic-cooperation agreements allowing for the social, cultural, democratic, and environmental development of the societies of the Americas.
To collaborate with different networks and organizations of the Americas in building a hemispheric social alliance and to propose an alternative in favour of the social, cultural, environmental, and democratic concerns of our peoples.
